Registration fees

Registration fees include access to conferences, trade exhibition, documentation, attestation of attendance, coffee breaks and lunches from Tuesday to Thursday.

Cancellation

Registration fees will be refunded only upon written cancellation addressed to Office de Tourisme et de Congrés (fax or e-mail).
In all cases refund will be made after the congress.

Registration cancellation

  • Before June 30th 2012, a fee of 40 € will be charged.
  • No refund after June 30th 2012.

Cancellation of your accomodation (reserved via the Office de Tourisme et de Congrés)

  • Before June 30th 2012, the deposit will be refunded.
  • After June 30th 2012, the refunding will depend on the hotel policies.
  • Less than 48 hours, the hotel may charge the entire stay.
